hey shifty, upon further investigation it appears that there may be two roller happy culprits in atlanta. the flick that you just posted was more than likely a character that goes by the name "red2".. he's a short little fuck that has been instigating beef with never for quite some time now. for the longest time everyone believed red2 was going to be the one behind the random rollings, but it seems as if these two events are unrelated. red2 has been responsible for numerous hacked up never pieces under the freedom pkwy bridge also.
