It is faster than I expected ... boots into Win XP in about 30 seconds. Hibernates and unhibernates in about 10 seconds. Got it with the 6 cell battery that gives 5-6 hours life. I like the size and weight, though the 6 cell makes it off balance a bit. Only complaints so far are a not so super trackpad and the wifi connection seems a bit slow. Got it from mwave.com for $499.
